Image, staff and creative environments

Challenges and solutions
Sitrus focused on image, staff and above all creativity in their new office. The aim was to offer opportunities for employees to be more creative through interior solutions. The staff have their own workplaces, but the office also a has a variety of meeting rooms that reflect the different needs of the organization. This resulted in lounges, real-time meeting spaces for focused work, free surfaces and walls with whiteboards for creative meetings. Sitrus also wanted to emphasize its connection to Nordic Morning by giving the venue a Nordic feel in material and color choices.

Sitrus notes that the new work environment has resulted in a positive feeling among the employees, and that the creative work has become more productive. The free spaces encourage new meetings and connections. The furnishings and surfaces allow for undisturbed work, at the same time as providing space for lively workshops. Sitrus has received much praise from customers who hold their own meetings in the new premises.
